Attorney T. Kevin Bruce
On July 18, Attorney T. Kevin Bruce will conduct a presentation on conflicts of interests for board governance. The Lunch + Learn will be from noon - 1pm (virtual).
With 30 years of experience, Atty. Bruce is continuing to make strides in the legal field with a renewed vision and purpose.
His legal career began in 1993 working with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC. Thereafter, he returned to Memphis, Tenn. with the law firm Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, PLLC.
In 2009, he founded the law firm original known as Bruce Law Firm, PLLC. Today, he practices as a successor of that law firm known as Bruce Law, PLLC.
Atty. Bruce earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Memphis in 1989 and his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and his law degree (JD) from University of Virginia in 1993.
